UK orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail tracked 48. Postage is £2.95- £3.50 depending on the size of the parcel. Quilts will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Free delivery is available on UK orders over £60.
International orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery to Europe and 3 weeks to the US, Canada and Australasia.
Returns
I hope you love your order but if you need to return it, please send it back in new condition with packaging and accompanying paperwork within 14 days of receipt. Please retain proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
